Ella gymnastics

On the 15th and the 16th of October Ella Howcroft went to Cardiff with her mum and her head coach. It took them 4 and a half hours to get there. When they finally got there at around about 5:30 they checked in to the hotel and went up stairs to their room and got ready to get their dinner. In the morning they got dressed to go to the centre of Cardiff. Ella competed in level 6 Welsh Gymnastics. This included vault, floor, beam and bar. She did very well.
