Years 5 and 6 WW1 Exhibition

We are often inviting parents in to school, for pupils to show off their work. Years 5 and 6 have spent the Spring term learning about World War 1 as their Mantle of the Expert topic. To end their topic, pupils performed some drama activities for their parents, and also decided in groups on something they wanted to share with pupils and show off. These ranged from pupils creating their own WW1 games, selling trench cake, creating PowerPoints with information about WW1 and showing soldier animations. The afternoon was a huge success and was fantastic.
